Electric Guns
License Description: Any person engaged in the business to sell, offer to sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer electric guns or cartridges to a person in the State, either at wholesale or retail.
Term: Expires on June 30th
Fee: $50.00
Apply for a Electric Guns License
Complete and submit the following to the Vehicle Registration & Licensing Division:
- Review Applying for Electric Gun Business License
- Application for Electric Gun Business Application & Questionnaire
- $50.00 license fee. Please make payment payable to: County Director of Finance
Renew a Electric Gun License
A renewal letter will be mailed to you prior to the expiration of your license.
Update Business License Information
Business License holders must notify the Vehicle Registration & Licensing Division of any changes to:
- Physical Address
- Mailing Address
- Business Name or Owner
- Contact Information
To update any information, complete and submit the Business License Information Update form to the Vehicle Registration & Licensing Division.
Note: Licenses are Non-Transferable
Cancel a Electric Gun License
Business License holders must notify the Vehicle Registration & Licensing Division of such fact in writing and return the license for cancellation, under a penalty not to exceed $100 for failure to do so. (HRS, Section 445-9)
